Veezu, one of the UK’s biggest private hire firms, is teaming up with Cerebral Palsy Cymru to support children with cerebral palsy across Wales.

The collaboration will run throughout October and aims to generate crucial funding and awareness for the Welsh charity.

The partnership is part of Veezu’s ‘Funded by Veezu’ initiative, aimed at supporting local communities. Throughout the entire month of October, every ride booked in Wales through the Veezu app will help raise money for Cerebral Palsy Cymru. This effort marks a tangible contribution to children and families affected by cerebral palsy.

Carwyn Williams, Head of Corporate Partnerships at Cerebral Palsy Cymru, said: “We are incredibly grateful to Veezu for their generous support and commitment to Cerebral Palsy Cymru. The proceeds fundraised from this campaign will make a meaningful difference to the lives of children and families affected by cerebral palsy across Wales. Partnerships like this allow us to continue providing vital therapy and support, and we truly appreciate Veezu’s dedication to helping us achieve our mission.”

Jack Price, Regional Director at Veezu, said: “We’re excited to partner with Cerebral Palsy Cymru and support the incredible work they do for children and families across Wales. Our team is proud to be part of an initiative that will make a real difference in the lives of those living with cerebral palsy, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact our fundraising efforts will have.”
