Carol Vorderman took the time out earlier this week to pose for a selfie with an ecstatic London black cab driver after taking a journey across the capital.

A delighted looking Jason Marco took the selfie with Carol Vorderman from within his black cab on Monday.

Cab driver Jason shared the photo on social media saying: “Carol Volderman knows how to travel in style!”

The former Countdown co-host shared pictures on her own social media account on the same day posing in potential outfits for the Pride of Britain awards later this week.

Vorderman will host the awards with Ashley Banjo in an event that celebrates the achievements of people who make the world a better place.
