Taxi and PHV insurer Patons Insurance awarded top customer service Feefo award for sixth year running



Taxi insurance provider Patons has secured the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for the sixth year running, maintaining its reputation for consistent service delivery across the private hire and taxi industry.


The Platinum Trusted Service Award is reserved for businesses that achieve Feefo’s Gold Trusted Service status three years in a row. Patons met the criteria after receiving Gold awards in 2020, 2021 and 2022, which qualified them for their first Platinum award. Further Gold ratings in 2023, 2024 and now 2025 have kept them in the platinum tier.

Feefo’s awards are based purely on verified customer reviews. The latest recognition reflects the firm’s continued focus on providing value and support to professional drivers navigating the insurance market.


Feedback from drivers highlighted the ease of policy setup, cost savings and the quality of customer support. One driver, Lee, said the team made the process straightforward and provided clear guidance. Another, Nadeem, said he didn’t need to look elsewhere after finding competitive pricing and helpful staff. Additional reviews from anonymous customers praised Patons for good service and competitive prices.
