RENT: Uber launch CAR RENTAL option on its app as part of UK partnership with CarTrawler

Ride-hailing giants Uber have launched a car rental scheme in the UK with partner CarTrawler following a successful trial.
App users will have the added option to book a rental car and also receive £10 off the Uber ride to get them to where the rental car is located for pick-up.
A new ‘Rent’ option will appear on the Uber app. The user then provides date and location details and is matched with available vehicles of various models and budgets. The service will also be available in Spain, Portugal, Italy, US and Switzerland.
