Passenger punched Birmingham taxi driver and stole cash after demanding half the fare back
Police in Birmingham are appealing for anyone who may recognise the man in the picture to come forward after a taxi driver was assaulted and robbed in the city.
A spokesperson for the force, said: ”We're investigating after a taxi driver was robbed in his cab as he parked up in Gravelly Hill, Erdington, at about 5.30am on Saturday, 16 October.
"After demanding half the fare back, the passenger punched the driver, breaking his glasses and then stole cash.
