UPDATE: The strike has been called off according to Transport for London (TfL) sources.

A TfL spokesperson said: "We are pleased industrial action planned for Monday 4 and Tuesday 5 March has been suspended by the RMT."

Commuters were being warned to brace for significant disruptions across the London Overground network on Monday 4th and Tuesday 5th March due to planned strike action by RMT union members.

The planned strike involved employees of Arriva Rail London, which operates the London Overground for Transport for London (TfL), and was set to reduce services and close key stations, affecting thousands of journeys.
