Taxi dispatch provider Autocab has announced a strategic partnership with CMT Group, a global leader in passenger payment systems, rear-seat technology, and the ARRO taxi e-hail network.
As part of the partnership, CMT Group joins Autocab’s Connect Partner Program, expanding the range of services available to taxi firms around the world. This collaboration reflects Autocab’s focus on delivering comprehensive tools designed to improve both operational efficiency and passenger safety.
CMT Group, which has been at the forefront of taxi technology since 2005, works with fleets in the US and London to optimise operations through innovative solutions. These include payment processing, dispatch systems, GPS navigation, and interactive map services.
Through this new partnership, Autocab’s network of operators will benefit from CMT’s advanced payment systems and passenger engagement technologies. Notably, CMT’s rear-seat passenger information monitor (PIM) allows riders to access trip details, entertainment, and secure payment options from within the taxi.
The collaboration marks another step in Autocab’s ongoing commitment to providing industry-leading tools, improving service delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction across the taxi and private hire sector.
