Cleveland Police appeals for witnesses following collision involving motorcycle and taxi

Cleveland Police officers are appealing for witnesses after a collision involving a Yamaha motorcycle and a taxi vehicle.


The collision occurred at around 2pm Sunday 13 June on the slip road onto the A66, Eastbound from Yarm Road in Stockton.

The 18-year-old male rider of the motorbike suffered a broken wrist.


Police are appealing to anyone who may have seen either vehicle travelling prior to the collision or anyone who may have witnessed the collision, or has CCTV or dashcam footage which could assist the investigation.


Witnesses are urged to contact PC Daniel Waugh from the Cleveland and Durham Specialist Operations Unit, on the non-emergency number 101, quoting incident number 096591.
