CCTV catches the moment thugs use an axe & a hammer to smash up Leicester taxi firm premises
CCTV images have been released by a local taxi firm in Leicester of two people smashing up their premises.
A spokesperson for Fosse Taxis said: “On Monday evening (1 March) at 8.10 pm, our office was brutally attacked by two individuals armed with an axe and a hammer.
“Fortunately, no members of our team were injured, but as you can see from the CCTV footage and images, our office windows have sustained severe damage.
“If you have any information, we kindly ask that you come forward so that the individuals responsible can be held accountable for their actions.
“You can send us a DM and a member of our team will be more than happy to pass on any information that you may have. Alternatively, you can contact the police on 101 and quote the crime reference number 𝟐𝟏*𝟏𝟏𝟗𝟑𝟕𝟗.
“We hope that, by sharing this footage, our community can come together to prevent this ever happening again and to raise awareness for violence against local business in our community.”
