The owner of a poorly parked private hire vehicle (PHV) blocking the pavement, road and a disabled bay has been reported by police officers in Birmingham.

The minicab in question was discovered by officers on Ellesmere Road, Alum Rock. Photos taken by the police show the vehicle causing obstruction.
