Autocab has announced a strategic partnership with Creative Mobile Technologies (CMT Group), a leading transportation technology firm.

The collaboration aims to provide enhanced opportunities for both taxi and non-emergency medical transport (NEMT) operators, integrating the best from both platforms to push efficiency in fleet management.

Autocab's dispatch and fleet management systems will now be combined with CMT’s advanced taxi solutions, which include their established payment systems and passenger engagement technologies, currently used by more than 10,000 taxis.

This integration aims to offer fleet operators a unified system that simplifies operations and improves customer experience.

One aspect of the partnership is its focus on efficiency. Fleet operators using Autocab’s dispatch solutions can now use CMT’s payment platform, which has been tailored specifically for the ground transportation industry. This unified approach is designed to make fleet operations smoother, leveraging both Autocab’s software and CMT’s expertise in in-vehicle technology.

The collaboration also emphasises flexibility and market-specific features. CMT’s payment systems support private label and government transport card programmes, as well as tipping flows that aim to boost driver income. The system offers multiple, frictionless payment methods, making it more convenient for passengers and beneficial for drivers.
