Detectives investigating a collision in Feltham that has left a child with serious injuries are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.

Police were called at 18:00hrs on Saturday, 17 April to reports of a collision at High Street (A244), near the junction with Manor Lane, Feltham.

Officers and London Ambulance Service (LAS) attended and found a three-year-old boy suffering injuries.

The rider fell from the scooter on impact, but re-mounted and rode away without stopping at the scene.

The child was taken to hospital by LAS where he was found to have suffered two broken collarbones. He has since been discharged.

Anyone who has information concerning the identity of the rider, or who has dashcam footage of the incident are being asked to call the Collision Investigation Unit on 020 7230 7660, 101, or Tweet @MetCC quoting TX/010000398/21.
