Woman left with head injuries after robbery at taxi rank

West Midlands Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman was dragged to the ground and robbed for her handbag at a taxi rank in Wednesbury, Birmingham.
Police have released images of a man they would like to trace in relation to the incident.
The 57-year-old victim attended hospital for injuries to her head and fingers.
West Midlands Police said: "A 57-year-old woman had her bag snatched and was pulled to the floor outside a taxi rank on Market Place at the junction with Shambles in #Wednesbury just after 5.30pm yesterday (Monday 14 October).
