UFC fighter Darren Till arrested for stealing a taxi in Tenerife

An MMA and UFC star has been arrested in after being accused of smashing up a hotel room and then stealing a taxi

According to the Daily Mail  26 year old Darren Till, along with a group of other people, was arrested in the Costa Adeje area of Tenerife  

Father of two, and native of Liverpool, Till, who has a Mixed Martial Arts record of 17 wins, 2 defeats and a draw, was pursued and stopped by police after stealing the cab whilst the cab driver put the fighters luggage in the boot of the vehicle.

It is believed that Till, along with two others, made off in the Volkswagen Caddy, which was eventually stopped in the area of La Caleta.

It was there that they were eventually stopped by the police in the early hours of Thursday morning.

In total five people, including Till were arrested, for the offences but not named.

Till, who is known as the Gorilla, is ranked #6 in the UFC Welterweight division.
