Addison Lee becomes the latest PH operator taken to court regarding driver employment status
Private hire operator Addison Lee is the latest form to be taken to court in regards to the legal employment status of its 3,800 drivers. Union GMB has began a case against the established London operator, stating its drivers are in "bogus self-employment".
